How to do chest flies and isolate the chest

This is some tips on how to do chest flies.  These tips will isolate the chest in the smaller sections so you can add that extra burn!

Just make sure when you do these, that your shoulders are pressed firm and back towards the middle of your back.

Bend your elbows a bit and then start the motion of the flies as in the video.  When you get to the top turn your hands inwards with palms facing your face.

This will allow you to isolate the corners of the chest muscles so you can hit them a bit harder.

When you do incline flies, turn your hands away from your face to isolate the top corner of the chest.
