My Diet and Gains
What I Have Done So Far…
I have done my training and have loss weight and I am now at 178 a little shy of 180 goal.
I may still loose a bit more for the summer then I will gain a little back just to normalize.
The reward for the work is great! You can stay this way all the time if you want and eat mostly anything ya want too.. That’s the beauty of getting in shape and a goal. You should never be able yo out eat your calorie loss if you go to the gym regularly.
I tend to put the weight back on in the winter than do the same again. Doing this will get you muscle gains etc.
If your goal is to just be thin, then that can be much easier than trying to mix diets all the time.
