Diet and Weight Gain

Have you ever wondered what kind of things to eat while you work out?   I will explain a few things to do and what I am currently doing right now as of 2023.  When we work out we require all sorts of different foods with proteins and vitamins.  The most important one is protein.

If you are trying to lose weight, then you want to have a low carb, high protein diet.  The best way to do this is to eat meats and protein powders for either weight gain or weight loss.

Right now I am gaining weight for the next few months I take about 4 months to gain the weight with my workouts then I will cut down in the spring time.  I explain a bit in the video on what ya can do and what I am doing for my weight gain/diet.  You can follow the same kind of diet or choose one that works for you.  I eat high calories and protein right now to gain weight.

The purpose of the weight gain is to get more muscle mass for when I cut down.  instead of being 175 cut I will be 180 cut now with the weight gains.  If you have any questions just fill out the contact form and I will get back to you ASAP.
