My Weight Gain Update

Good day people.

I am just reporting in to show you an update of my weight gains. After I am done in a few months I will be cutting out and you can follow my progress and see everything I do works. In my diet I am eating high calorie foods with protein and a cheat day with pizza.

In order to gain the weight properly I would suggest you go 500 to a 1000 calories above your normal eating in a day. That’s providing you are already skinny and not much fat.

It will take about 2 more months I plan to put at least 20-30 pounds weight and then start my cutting. During this process I am doing high volume 75-80% max exercises. So an example would be instead of 10 bicep curls, I will now go for 15-16. This will cause the muscles to swell and get bigger with the right protein and diet.

If you are older you can still gain muscle! Do not listen to old science and myths. Today’s science shows us, that no matter what age you can still gain, but it takes the right amounts of protein. Be aware of that!
